As you know, we have dozens of articles published, about one or two per week. Between free and paid content, these are over 400 hours or $60k in the ongoing writer rate. In 2024, our days-per-article rate improved almost two-fold.
Our paid content was a way to give back to our supporters who were already paid subscribers even when 100% of the content was free. It just helps that it also kept the Reddit trolls out of the most sensitive and valuable content. Even the total from paid subscribers won’t cover a fraction of the weekly costs to keep this publication strong.
If you like this publication and want to keep it near-free as it is, one way to support my work is to support my consulting business. Just this week, we completed developing our main website, which has been a lame blob for the longest time. We built this gorgeous, responsive site in-house, where we made it clear what our expertise is and showcased how we can help companies.
Please browse it and make referrals if you come across a firm or person who would benefit from these solutions. Our prices are very competitive, and we have a referral program where we will share a percentage of the revenue directly resulting from your recommendation.
Thanks again, and most success in 2024!
My best regards,
I'm not here for the stock stuff. I've never touched the stock market and never will. I'm here for your unique approach to low-level programming.
Bucher, that new website is super neat. really liked your list of services, specially "FPGA Strategy Triggers", now i get it. if strategies are running there, your trigger goes off faster than anybody else!
unless ASIC and latency are in play
hourly rates are super competitive too :)
